Cognitive Diagnostic Associates is actively seeking a Licensed Educational Psychologist with a minimum of three years of experience in both educational and private settings to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will possess profound expertise in conducting psychoeducational evaluations, interpreting assessment results, and developing individualized intervention strategies. They should be skilled in identifying and addressing learning challenges, emotional and behavioral difficulties, and other barriers to academic success.
The candidate should be adept at collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as is significant experience in conducting detailed cognitive and achievement assessments. The candidate should also be proficient in utilizing evidence-based interventions and be familiar with the latest research and methodologies in the field of educational psychology.
