Cognitive Diagnostic Associates is actively seeking a licensed Psychologist (PhD., LEP, LSSP) with experience in educational and/or clinical settings to join our interdisciplinary team. This role involves conducting school-based psychological evaluations as part of Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs) to determine how cognitive, behavioral, emotional, or developmental factors may be impacting a student’s ability to access and benefit from their educational program.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents and possess a strong understanding of how psychological functioning, including learning disabilities, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, and processing deficits, intersects with educational performance. Your evaluations will support IEP and 504 team decisions by providing comprehensive, clear, and school-relevant psychological documentation.

The candidate should be adept at collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals to create supportive learning environments and provide recommendations for accommodations or modifications. Strong oral and written communication skills are essential, as is significant experience in conducting detailed cognitive and achievement assessments. The candidate should also be proficient in utilizing evidence-based interventions and be familiar with the latest research and methodologies in the field of educational psychology.
