Who We Are

CDA specializes in comprehensive, forensic Independent Educational Evaluations for students with disabilities and suspected disabilities. Our multidisciplinary team of licensed practitioners conducts independent, evidence-based assessments to identify students’ educational needs and develop individualized recommendations.

We conduct school district-funded IEEs, provided at no cost to parents when approved for public funding, as well as privately funded evaluations.

Our comprehensive evaluation services include Psychoeducational Evaluations, School Neuropsychological Evaluations, Speech and Language Evaluations, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), Assistive Technology, Occupational Therapy (OT), Physical Therapy (PT), Adapted Physical Education (APE), Nursing and Health Evaluations, 1:1 Aide Assessments, Transportation Assessments, Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA), and Optometry Evaluations.

CDA also provides expert witness testimony in special education due process proceedings across all 50 states.
