Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

We do not sell personal information for money. We do use advertising tools, Google Ads and the TikTok Pixel, that let those companies use information about your visits to our website to show you our ads on other websites and apps. Some state laws treat this as “sharing” personal information or “targeted advertising.” You can opt out here.

Sensitive personal information includes health and disability information about you or your child. We use it only to respond to your request, provide the evaluations and services you ask for, and as the law otherwise allows. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. To ask us to limit our use of your sensitive personal information, choose “Limit the use of my sensitive personal information” in the form below.

Make a Privacy Request

Use this form to opt out, limit the use of sensitive information, see or get a copy of your information, correct it, delete it, withdraw consent for consumer health data, or appeal a decision we made about an earlier request.
