Kristi Adams is a diagnostician who comes to CDA with a wealth of experience in psychological assessment and a deep passion for supporting children and families. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Soka University of America, where she completed her senior capstone project on trauma and dissociation. Early in her career, Kristi worked with children with developmental disabilities, including autism. Her empathy, combined with her research-driven education and hands-on experience, provided her with the clinical awareness and analytical skills that now guide her work as a diagnostician.

At CDA, Kristi brings a strong background in administering psychological assessments across diverse populations. She is committed to ensuring that every client feels seen and supported throughout the evaluation process. Kristi also aspires to pursue advanced training in the future to become either an educational psychologist or a speech-language pathologist. CDA is fortunate to have her on the team, as her dedication, warmth, and diagnostic expertise enrich the care and insight provided to families.

Outside of her professional role, Kristi enjoys spending time with her best friend, playing with her dogs, and taking trips to the beach. She is also passionate about the arts, including painting, photography, and other creative projects. In her downtime, she can often be found playing board games or enjoying a round of Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo Switch.
