Maranda Diamond is a national expert witness in special education, providing forensic analysis and testimony across all 50 states. She is licensed to conduct Independent Educational Evaluations in both California and New York as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Maranda later lived in California after earning her master’s degree and now resides back in New York. Her ability to practice in both states allows her to serve a wide range of students and families through culturally and linguistically informed speech-language evaluations. An extrovert and empath from a young age, she has always recognized the power of communication and connection. This early insight first led her into radio and television production, where she spent two years using her communication skills to engage creatively with diverse audiences.

Today, Maranda values the opportunity to work in a profession that aligns with her strengths and purpose. She believes deeply in the transformative impact of communication and is dedicated to helping individuals build confidence, connection, and meaningful relationships through language. For her, every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen understanding, support emotional safety, and honor the varied ways people express themselves.

Maranda is a valued member of the CDA team, serving as both a national expert witness and a skilled IEE evaluator who provides clear, direct, and compelling testimony.
